2. Other cancellations and relocations
2.1 Canceled Event
If an event is canceled by the event organizer without replacement (i.e., an alternate date for which tickets remain valid is not forthcoming), you as a purchaser at P61 Gallery may return your tickets under the refund policy and receive a refund in appropriate cases. Please note the exceptions below. To make it easier for you to return your tickets, please note the following:
You can generally only return tickets where you purchased them.
Refunds will only be made to the original ticket purchaser, i.e. the person who purchased the tickets through our website.
The refund is always made automatically to the means of payment used to purchase the tickets (in particular credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.). The only exceptions to this are buyers who have paid for the ticket by bank transfer or using a voucher. In these cases, the refund requires the buyer to fill out the refund form online. The online refund form for canceled events can be accessed here.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event organizer publicly announcing the cancellation of the event. Exceptions: If a petition for insolvency proceedings has been filed against the assets of the organizer of the canceled event, or if the organizer does not restore the ticket monies already received to P61 Gallery for disbursement and to the ticket purchaser, a refund will not be issued.
2.2 Rescheduled event
If an event is rescheduled to a new date, you may return your tickets under our T&C and receive a refund in appropriate cases. Please note the exceptions below. To make it easier for you to return your tickets, please note the following:
